🚀 We’re Hiring | Insurance Sales Executive (On-site – Behala, Kolkata)
We're looking for motivated, goal-oriented people to join our insurance team. If you have a passion for sales and building client relationships, this opportunity is for you!
📍 Location: Behala, Kolkata (Work from Office)
🔹 Job Description (JD):
- Sell life insurance products to prospective customers
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans
- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
- Ensure proper documentation and follow compliance processes
🔹 Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic sales knowledge
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Graduate / Undergraduate
