Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate insurance products and services. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, processing insurance applications, providing guidance on insurance policies, and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and managing Health Insurance policies
- Strong abilities in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in local market knowledge and regulations is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
