Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Professional located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include identifying client needs, selling tailored insurance products, and building strong client relationships. Additional tasks involve maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, working closely with the team to achieve sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service to retain and expand the client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and general Sales strategies
- Strong understanding of insurance products and experience in Insurance Brokerage
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage
