Role Description
The Insurance Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode & Coimbatore. Responsibilities include managing and driving insurance sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong client relationships. The role involves teamwork to optimize performance, developing sales strategies, and achieving financial targets. Providing expert guidance to clients on insurance products is a critical component of the position, alongside maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance products and services
- Strong Customer Service and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Finance to support decision-making and financial goal alignment

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Previous experience in an insurance broking or related industry is a plus
