Sales Manager – Corporate Healthcare / Insurance Sales
Location: Bangalore
CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA (Fixed + Performance Incentives)
About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience in selling healthcare or insurance solutions to corporate clients.
If you have built strong CXO-level relationships, understand B2B healthcare/insurance sales cycles, and have consistently closed large-ticket corporate deals — this role is for you.
This is an opportunity to lead strategic corporate sales in a high-growth environment based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2B sales of healthcare / insurance products to corporates
- Build and manage relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs, and CXOs
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies
- Generate new business through direct outreach, networking, and references
- Manage complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure
- Lead RFP responses and commercial negotiations
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Maintain strong pipeline visibility and reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in corporate sales (Healthcare / Insurance mandatory)
- Strong network in Bangalore corporate ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals
- Experience in group health insurance, employee wellness, corporate healthcare solutions, or related products
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Strong commercial understanding and strategic thinking
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused
