Role Description
• Coordinate with Agents or partners to ensure smooth working of business
• Must teach and help local partners and Team to process the business
• To ensure all the pre and post-sales support and services to the clients
• Manage Complete Life Cycle of agents
• To drive the adoption of a Service sales approach.
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Experience in selling insurance, Including corporate insurance
• Handling team of relationship managers
Qualifications
- Insurance Sales and Insurance knowledge
- Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
