Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team of 5–7 members.
- Represent the company with a strong understanding of our insurance products and services.
- Research customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
- Set sales targets and ensure the team consistently achieves business goals.
- Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and prepare forecasts.
- Coach team members on effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
- Generate quality leads and build long-term client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing a sales team in a corporate environment.
- Experience handling a team of 5–7 sales executives.
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire high-performing sales teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in motivational coaching or team training.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
