💰 Salary: ₹65,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities
📈 Sales Strategy & Target Achievement
Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Drive growth in insurance policies and investment product sales across the assigned region.
👥 Team Leadership & Management
Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales teams including Area Managers, Sales Officers, and Agents.
Monitor performance and motivate teams to achieve high productivity and conversion rates.
🤝 Business Development
Identify and onboard new corporate and individual clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, partners, and distribution networks.
📊 Market Intelligence & Reporting
Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
Prepare performance reports, insights, and forecasts for senior management.
⚖ Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines such as those set by Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.
Maintain ethical sales practices and compliance with company policies.
📉 Performance Monitoring
Track and analyse KPIs including sales growth, client retention, and conversion ratios.
Implement improvement plans to strengthen team performance and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Experience:
7–15 years of experience in sales within General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Investment Services
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, managing large sales teams
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Deep understanding of insurance products, investments, and wealth management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
