What we are looking for:
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales role in insurance broking
* Strong ability to engage and manage MSME and Corporate clients
* A results-oriented mindset with a focus on business growth
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Identifying and converting business leads
* Managing client meetings and follow-ups
* Building and nurturing long-term client relationships
* Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless policy servicing
