Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Insurance Sales Executive. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and reaching out to new prospects, and understanding client needs to provide suitable insurance solutions. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing presentations, negotiating terms, and staying updated on insurance products and industry trends. The Insurance Sales Executive will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer requirements and customize offerings accordingly.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Handling Skills
- Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Networking
- Strong Knowledge of Insurance Products and Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Abilities
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
