Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, selling insurance products and services, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role includes identifying potential customers, explaining insurance policies, and addressing customer queries to ensure a positive experience. Additionally, the executive will collaborate with the internal team to achieve team-wide goals and support customer retention efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
- Proficiency in Insurance products and an understanding of the insurance industry
- Excellent Customer Service and relationship-building skills
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in general insurance or financial services is an advantage
