As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Executive to strengthen our client outreach, drive business growth, and enhance customer relationships.
Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong relationship management skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
This is a field sales position that involves meeting customers in person, generating leads, and selling insurance products through direct client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits and client meetings regularly
- Generate leads through references, networking, and market activities
- Understand customer insurance and financial needs
- Explain and sell suitable insurance products
- Build strong customer relationships for renewals and cross-selling
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Support customers with documentation and policy processing
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales, BFSI sales, field sales, or direct sales
- Graduate preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
