Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Insurance Sales and Relationship Management, based in Kanpur. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients for insurance products, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing tailored insurance solutions. The individual will provide customer support, facilitate insurance brokerage, and explain health and other insurance products to clients. The candidate will work closely with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of different Insurance products
- Experience in Insurance Brokerage and Health Insurance services
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and the ability to maintain client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in financial services or sales is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
