Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Sales Agent based in Mumbai. The Insurance Sales Agent will actively engage with customers to understand their insurance needs, recommend suitable insurance products, and close sales. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, preparing insurance policies, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and Negotiation skills with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and effectively communicate the value of insurance products
- Customer Service and Relationship Management skills to build long-term client relationships and address customer queries with professionalism
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Basic knowledge in the insurance domain, including understanding policy terms and coverage options
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in local languages as relevant
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented approach
- Experience in the automotive or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
