Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Professional located in Nagpur. The role involves providing expert guidance on various insurance products, addressing customer queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include developing insurance plans, offering brokerage services, and collaborating with financial teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. The professional will play a crucial role in supporting clients with informed decision-making about their insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Insurance products and services
• Familiarity with Finance and Insurance Brokerage
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in Customer Service and client management
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
