Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Professional based in Mumbai. The Insurance Professional will handle day-to-day insurance operations, including managing customer insurance-related queries, assisting with insurance brokerage, handling claims, and ensuring smooth end-to-end customer service. The role involves collaborating with both customers and internal teams to deliver precision and excellence in insurance processes.
Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Understanding of Finance-related processes
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and teams
- Strong Customer Service skills to build trust and satisfaction
- Proficiency in problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in healthcare-related insurance is a plus
