Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Professional, primarily based in Chennai with flexibility for partial remote work. The Insurance Professional will manage customer interactions, offer financial and insurance advice, and execute insurance brokerage services. Responsibilities include evaluating clients' insurance needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to identify opportunities and facilitate effective client engagement will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Fundamental understanding of Finance concepts and their practical applications
- Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on effective support and relationship management
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Adaptability to manage hybrid work arrangements (onsite and remote work)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector will be considered an advantage
