About The Opportunity
We are a dynamic player in the insurance and financial services sector, operating within India. Our focus is to deliver innovative insurance platform solutions and ensure superior customer success outcomes for our clients. As we expand our team, we seek a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Platform Delivery & Customer Success Lead to drive project execution and foster strong client relationships.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of insurance platform projects, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
- Manage client relationships, becoming the primary point of contact for customer success initiatives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical, sales, and support to meet project goals.
- Monitor project performance and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements for continuous enhancement.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer retention and platform adoption.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project and customer success teams.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proven experience in platform delivery within the insurance sector
- Strong project management skills and PMP or similar certification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of insurance products and technologies
- Proficiency in CRM and customer success software
- Preferred
- Experience leading on-site teams in India
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Prior experience with digital transformation projects in insurance
