🔔 Hiring: Team Leader – P&C Brokerage
📍 Location: Pune / Noida
💰 CTC: 8.5-9.68 LPA
🔍 Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader – P&C Brokerage to manage end-to-end insurance broking operations across Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), and Employee Benefits (EB). This role requires strong operational control, team leadership, and process excellence capabilities.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team managing:
- New Business, Renewals, Policy Servicing
- Endorsements, Billing & Carrier Coordination
- Oversee workflow allocation, queues, and operational dashboards
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, audits, and licensing compliance
- Drive team performance through:
- Coaching, reviews, and capability building
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMO, WFM, Training, QA, and Technology teams
✅ Key Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Insurance Broking / BPO operations
- 2–5 years of team handling experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Personal Lines (PL), Commercial Lines (CL), Employee Benefits (EB)
- Experience in SLA management, capacity planning, and transitions
- Ability to manage multi-location / hybrid teams
