WHAT WILL YOU DO
You will be responsible for managing operations and benefit redemption processing through VisionSure's platform, ensuring a seamless experience for customers and partners.
- Manage and monitor insurance operations through the company dashboard.
- Review, verify, and validate redemption documents against policy guidelines and requirements.
- Approve or reject customer redemption request cases based on validation rules and compliance standards.
- Follow up on pending requests, resolve discrepancies, and escalate cases when required.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, validation, and system updates.
- Track processing timelines to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Generate reports and support process improvements to streamline insurance operations.
REQUIREMENT
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in insurance operations, claims processing, back-office operations, or data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Strong documentation review and verification capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data entry tools.
- Comfortable with speaking to partners, wellness aggregators and insurance brokers.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of insurance policies and claim procedures is preferred.
