Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Manager based in the Greater Madurai Area. Responsibilities include managing insurance portfolios, providing risk management strategies, developing client relationships, leading a team, and ensuring seamless delivery of insurance solutions. The role involves engaging in sales to acquire new clients, overseeing customer service delivery, designing optimal insurance strategies, and ensuring proper compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance and Finance with a focus on risk evaluation, policy management, and claims processing.
- Proven experience and leadership in Team Management to guide and mentor a team effectively.
- Proficiency in Customer Service with excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Expertise in Sales to identify client needs, close deals, and meet company objectives in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Madurai Area with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with insurance policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; relevant certifications are a plus.
