Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for an Insurance Manager. The Insurance Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day insurance operations, develop and implement strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition, and foster long-term relationships with clients, intermediaries, and team members. Responsibilities will include managing insurance portfolios, guiding team members to optimize performance, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and delivering excellent customer service to meet business objectives. Regular communication with stakeholders will also be an integral part of the position.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Finance and Insurance, with a solid understanding of insurance products and processes
  • Proven ability in Team Management, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and relationship management
  • Experience in Sales, with the ability to develop and execute effective strategies to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and requirements within the insurance industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in insurance or financial services are a plus
  • Proven experience in similar roles, particularly in the general insurance sector
