Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Manager based in Jaipur. The Insurance Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to insurance services, including managing sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding a team of insurance professionals. Responsibilities also include formulating strategies to meet business objectives and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. The role demands a proactive approach to driving customer satisfaction, managing team performance, and enhancing business growth.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Finance and Insurance practices
- Proven skills in Team Management and the ability to lead and motivate professional teams
- Customer Service expertise with a focus on ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Proficiency in Sales, including setting and achieving targets and revenue objectives
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance within the insurance or finance sectors
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advanced certifications are a plus)
- Experience with life insurance products and services is preferred but not mandatory
