Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Insurance & HL Sales Specialist to join our team on-site at our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional insurance and home loan advisory services, engaging new clients, building relationships, and promoting our insurance brokerage offerings. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying client needs, recommending suitable insurance and loan products, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will also work closely with other teams to continuously improve the client experience and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage, with knowledge of life and health insurance products.
- Financial expertise, including an understanding of home loans and financial planning.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in insurance sales or brokerage is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
