Job Description
- Meet new and renewal clients daily to achieve sales targets (auto & non-auto)
- Track dealership renewals and ensure policy continuation
- Follow up regularly on new and renewal cases
- Generate leads through cold calling and references
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Drive cross-selling and upselling of general insurance products
- Coordinate with stakeholders for business development
- Prepare quotes, negotiate rates, and submit proposals
- Provide policy servicing and customer support
- Handle claims coordination with insurers, surveyors, and workshops
