BTC is seeking a talented executive who to join our Insurance Corporate Agency vertical. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit idle — we want a disciplined, vigilant executor who thrives on responsibility and impact. You will work directly with leadership, becoming the operational right hand in driving insurance partnerships, renewals, and compliance excellence. This is an executive role, and the candidate will directly answer to the CEO of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate insurance operations: policy structuring, renewals, compliance tracking, and client advisory.
- Build and manage actionable dashboards for insurance assets, ensuring precision and continuity.
- Drive outreach to startups and corporates, prioritizing partnerships with measurable impact.
- Draft and review contracts, annexures, and compliance documents with foresight and rigor.
- Deliver client‑facing materials (brochures, proposals, reports) that impress and inform.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring execution discipline and operational excellence.
