Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Consultant, based in Kolkata, with flexibility for some remote work and payout based on performance. In this role, you will provide tailored insurance solutions to clients, assess individual requirements, and recommend suitable policies. You will be responsible for client interaction, fostering relationships, addressing queries, and delivering seamless customer service. Additionally, you will conduct financial reviews, contribute to the company's growth, and stay updated on industry trends to provide expert consultation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Insurance and Finance, with the ability to assess and recommend policies
- Experience in Consulting and delivering personalized solutions based on client needs
- Customer Service expertise with a client-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of the insurance market in India and local trends is an advantage
