Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Claims Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Claims Executive will handle end-to-end motor insurance claim processes, including documentation, verification, coordination with insurers, and follow-up for claim approvals and settlements. Responsibilities include guiding customers through claim procedures, ensuring accuracy in claim forms, maintaining records in internal systems, and tracking claim status to closure. The role involves regular interaction with surveyors, insurance company representatives, and internal workshop teams to ensure timely and efficient claim resolution. The Insurance Claims Executive will also support in resolving customer queries, escalating issues when required, and adhering to company and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong claims handling and claims management skills, with experience managing end-to-end insurance claim processes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to support customers and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid analytical skills for assessing claim documents, identifying discrepancies, and making data-informed decisions.
- Prior experience in motor insurance, automotive service, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with claim management or CRM systems.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate degree in any discipline; certification in insurance or related areas is an added advantage.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and a customer-centric mindset.
