Role: SME Business Analyst - Insurance
Location: Bangalore / Hybrid / Possibility of Onsite Travel

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst will be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and requirement gathering for application development specifically tailored for the Insurance domain. This role not only demands a deep understanding of the Insurance sector but also an ability to travel globally at short notice, based on project requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control Business Analysis activities on projects within agreed cost, time and quality
- Create and present compelling business cases to justify solution value and establish approval, funding and prioritization
- Collaborate with extended teams to deliver organizational effectiveness for clients by transforming their business processes. Drive client engagement, understanding their requirements, and ensuring the deliverables align with their expectations.
- Conceptualize the automation, standardization as per best practices and risk management framework aligned to client’s business.
- Evangelize the To-Be state, deliver process improvements, identify, and deploy analytics, intelligent automation and solutions centered around Insurance Sales, Underwriting, Claims, Servicing, Digital Banking Solutions product suite.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and client teams to track and monitor the technology integration and project deliverables.
- Manage quality and facilitate continuous improvement of proposed state by recommending and analyzing the Time-Motion, waste and bottleneck analysis etc.
- Designing Kaizen and Kanban techniques along with Business consultant
- Requirement Gathering: Act as a bridge between the client and the technical team, ensuring all business requirements are translated into actionable items.
- Insurance Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of underwriting, claims, insurance sales, and servicing processes across various lines of business.
- Global Interaction: Willingness to travel abroad at short notice to engage with global clients and understand their requirements.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead strategic vision setting workshops, engaging leadership teams both from Neutrinos and the client side.
- Documentation: Adept at using business analysis tools and creating comprehensive requirement documentation, including BPMN 2.0 notations, User stories, and epics.
- Communication: Engage and hold conversations with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth project flow and clear communication at all levels.
Skill Set (Technical and Soft skills):
- Agile and Waterfall project experience. Good understanding and experience in various Agile frameworks
- Understanding of systems engineering concepts and data/process analysis and modelling
- Deep industry knowledge and BA practice
- Strong in strategic thinking and planning as well as operational execution.
- Experience in using tools such as JIRA, FIGMA, wireframing applications and others
- Familiarity with low code application projects will be considered an added advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders to drive results.
- Ability to engage meaningfully with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Good to have international experience
Expected Educational Qualification:
- Graduates/Postgraduates from Tier 1 institutes
- Must have – Certified in (1 or more) Business Improvement Methodologies – Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen; Business Analysis, Project Management, Design Thinking
