Role Description – Health Insurance Tele caller

• Contact potential customers to explain health insurance plans and benefits

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about policies

• Follow up with interested leads to convert them into sales

• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
