Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Assistant role located in Ahmedabad. The Insurance Assistant will be responsible for coordinating insurance claims, verifying patient coverage, liaising with insurance providers, and maintaining accurate records. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing patient inquiries, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure seamless billing and reimbursements. The role is vital in ensuring smooth insurance operations for patients and the organization.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance processes, policies, and claim management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with a patient-focused approach
- Experience with Insurance Brokerage and related administrative tasks
- Basic understanding of Finance to assist in billing and insurance reconciliation
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare environment
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in a related field
