Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent at LIC, based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The individual will be responsible for sourcing and selling insurance policies, building long-term relationships with customers, and providing financial advice based on individual client needs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional customer service and meeting corporate sales objectives. The role offers flexibility with the option to work from home for certain responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Experience in Finance-related practices, including financial advising or planning
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven professional with the ability to work independently
- Understanding of the insurance and financial markets in India is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
