Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor is based in Lucknow, with flexibility for some work-from-home responsibilities. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing tailored insurance solutions to clients, guiding customers through the application process, and offering ongoing support and consultation. The candidate will also assist clients in understanding various insurance policies, analyze financial needs, and align recommendations to suit individual and family goals. Establishing strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service will be critical components of the role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance and Finance concepts to provide sound advice on policies and financial planning
- Experience in Customer Service and Consulting for building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Strong Communication skills for effectively explaining insurance products and plans to diverse audiences
- Basic sales aptitude and ability to meet targets is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently
- Strong ethical approach and commitment to client satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
