Role Description
This part-time hybrid role as an Insurance Advisor is based in Lucknow with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, providing personalized insurance advice, and recommending suitable insurance policies. Daily tasks include conducting needs assessments, explaining policy options, nurturing client relationships, and assisting with claims and policy updates while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with legal standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance products and services, with a practical understanding of the financial sector
- Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate information and build strong client relationships
- Background in Consulting or advisory roles with problem-solving capabilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills to perform in a part-time and hybrid work environment
- Experience in sales or marketing is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not mandatory
