Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor based in Hyderabad, allowing for some work-from-home flexibility. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, explaining policy details, and offering expert guidance. Other responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, assisting with claims processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales and performance targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance and Finance sector concepts and practices
- Consulting and Customer Service skills, with a client-centric approach
- Exceptional Communication skills, including both verbal and written abilities
- Sales aptitude, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a portfolio of clients
- Proficiency in local languages is advantageous
- SSC
- Prior experience in insurance, sales, or finance roles is a plus
