Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing advisory services, understanding client needs, recommending suitable insurance solutions, and building long-term relationships. Additional tasks include assisting clients with claims processes, explaining policy details, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide informed consultancy.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, with the ability to handle diverse client needs
- Experience in Consulting and providing tailored recommendations to clients
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting targets and deadlines
- Understanding of insurance regulations and market trends is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
