Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ranaghat, with some work-from-home flexibility, for an Insurance Advisor with Bajaj Life. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, guiding prospective clients on policies, and ensuring ongoing support for customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include offering expert advice, building client relationships, and achieving business targets through proactive business development strategies and personalized consultations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Insurance and Finance
- Experience in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to clients
- Outstanding Customer Service skills and a client-focused approach
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Relevant professional certifications in insurance or finance are a plus
- Proficiency in local languages is highly desirable
- Prior experience in insurance sales or advisory roles is advantageous
