Role Description
This is a paet - time, remote position for an Insurance Advisor with Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The Insurance Advisor will engage clients in need-based financial consultations, advise on suitable insurance solutions, and assist in policy enrollment. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Advisors will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the organization's growth.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance and Finance to understand financial products and provide expert advice to clients
- Proficiency in Consulting and a customer-first approach to address client requirements effectively
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build lasting client relationships and provide exceptional support
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Currently licensed or the ability to obtain relevant certifications/licenses as per regulatory requirements
