Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Adviser at our Bhadra location. As an Insurance Adviser, you will be responsible for assessing client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and offering financial consultation in the areas of insurance and investments. You will assist clients with policy selection, maintain strong customer relationships, and deliver excellent customer service. Collaboration with the team and staying updated on industry trends will also be key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in Insurance and Finance
- Experience in Consulting and Customer Service
- Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in maintaining long-term client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or financial services is highly advantageous
