Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and validation of process instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, pH, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control systems to minimize downtime.
- Ensure all equipment complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation for calibration, maintenance, and audits.
- Support qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) for new and existing equipment.
- Coordinate with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing necessary documentation and technical support.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Assist in upgrades, modifications, and installation of new instrumentation systems.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures.
