Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Instrumentation Engineer role based in Bhilwara. The Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and calibrating instrumentation and control systems used in industrial processes. Daily activities include monitoring equipment performance, diagnosing issues, and performing troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves collaborating with electrical and mechanical teams, supporting process optimization, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Instrumentation Engineer will also prepare technical documentation, assist in commissioning new equipment, and provide guidance on best practices for instrumentation and control.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Instrumentation and Process Control for industrial applications.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Calibration of sensors, transmitters, and control systems.
- Foundational knowledge of Electrical Engineering relevant to instrumentation and control circuits.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in industrial plants or manufacturing environments, preferably in core sectors.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and related automation systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and adherence to regulatory and quality standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
