Role Description
We are seeking an Instrument Technician for a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai, India. The Instrument Technician will be responsible for executing daily tasks related to the maintenance and operational efficiency of instruments and control systems. Responsibilities include process monitoring, troubleshooting, calibration, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems to ensure accurate performance. The role also involves adhering to safety standards while conducting preventive maintenance to prolong equipment life and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Process Control and Instrumentation
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with mechanical and electronic systems
- Demonstrated ability in Calibration of instruments to ensure accurate performance
- Skills in conducting Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site industrial environment
- Diploma or technical certification in instrumentation, electronics, or a related field
- Prior experience in the dairy or food processing industry is a plus
