Shreenathji Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. (SRPL) is looking for a skilled Instrument Engineer (Maintenance) with strong hands-on experience in industrial instrumentation systems to support continuous and safe plant operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Troubleshoot pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters
• Maintain and calibrate control valves, actuators, PLCs, and SCADA systems
• Coordinate with Mechanical and Electrical teams for smooth machinery operation
• Execute calibration schedules and maintain maintenance records
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new instruments
• Ensure compliance with plant safety standards and statutory requirements
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures
• Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and maintenance strategies
🎓 Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline
📊 Experience Required
Minimum 3 - 4+ years in instrumentation maintenance within manufacturing / chemical / pharmaceutical / oil & gas industries
🧠 Required Skills
• Hands-on experience with PLC systems (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)
• Working knowledge of SCADA / DCS systems
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams and technical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and calibration skills
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices
⭐ Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in chemical manufacturing or continuous process plants will be preferred.
