Role Description
The Instructor Fulltime Java role at Coding Blocks is a full-time, on-site position based in Mathura. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality Java programming courses, mentoring students, and creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting interactive coding sessions, assessing student progress, and providing guidance to help students enhance their coding skills and industry readiness.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Java programming and Data structures and algorithms , Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and core Java concepts
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving strategies
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Hands-on experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) and debugging tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or leading coding workshops is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
