ReGeneva Academy is inviting applications from experienced ESG & Sustainability professionals, industry experts, consultants, retired leaders, and practitioners to collaborate as Course Instructors and co-create skill-based, job-ready online learning programs.
This is a flexible, revenue-sharing collaboration opportunity and not a full-time employment role.
We are looking for professionals who have delivered real industry, advisory, audit, consulting, or implementation projects and can translate their practical experience into structured, application-driven learning.
Purpose of Collaboration (Educational Only)
This engagement is purely educational in nature and intended to:
- Develop industry-ready ESG & Sustainability talent
- Deliver practical, real-world learning
- Build structured, high-impact learning modules
- Democratize access to job-ready ESG skills
This collaboration does not involve consulting assignments, client delivery, or competitive business activities.
All course content must be developed using publicly available standards, frameworks, research, and industry knowledge.
No confidential, proprietary, or employer-sensitive information from current or past organizations may be used to avoid conflict of interest.
Choose Your Collaboration Model
Applicants may choose one of the following models:
A. Flagship Model
“We build, brand & scale your course”
Best suited for experts who want to focus on knowledge delivery while ReGeneva supports execution and growth.
Under this model, ReGeneva will support:
- Curriculum blueprinting
- Content development support (PPTs, handbook, etc.)
- Design and recording support
- Platform hosting
- Branding and course positioning
- End-to-end marketing, sales, and monetization
- Learner onboarding and support
Revenue Share: 50% of net revenue
B. Instructor-Led Model
“You build & sell, we host”
Best suited for experts who is a self-starter and want higher control.
Under this model, the Instructor will lead:
- Course curriculum and structure
- Content development
- Designing and recording
- Major marketing and outreach
ReGeneva will provide:
- Platform hosting
- Onboarding and process guidance
- Basic platform visibility
- Learner support
- Optional paid marketing support
Revenue Share: 70% of net revenue
Scope of Work (Applicable to Both Models)
Depending on the model of collaboration, selected instructors may be required to:
- Design and develop structured course curriculum
- Create presentations, case studies, assignments, learning material, quizzes etc.
- Record video/audio learning modules
- Participate in live Q&A sessions / workshops (where applicable)
- Periodically update course content
- Address learner queries at agreed intervals
- Support course marketing and learner outreach
Mandatory Branding & Marketing Participation
To ensure course credibility and learner trust, professional visibility of the instructor is mandatory.
Selected instructors must agree to:
- Participate in webinars, demo sessions, and promotional events
- Share course announcements within their professional network
- Provide expert quotes, testimonials, or short promotional videos
- Allow professional profile branding across ReGeneva channels etc.
ReGeneva may publicly feature Name, Video, Professional photograph, Expertise areas, Industry experience, Educational background etc. of the instructor.
This may appear across: Website, Course landing pages, LinkedIn, Brochures, Webinars, Digital campaigns etc.
Applicants not comfortable with professional visibility or having employer-related conflicts may choose not to proceed.
Compensation Structure
This collaboration follows a revenue-sharing model.
- Flagship Model: 50% of net revenue
- Instructor-Led Model: 70% of net revenue
Payments are processed monthly with transparent reporting access. No fixed salary, stipend, or retainer is involved.
Selection Process and Applicable Terms
Final selection will be based on profile suitability, relevant experience, and performance in the 10–15 minute video assignment submitted along with the application, demonstrating practical subject matter expertise and teaching effectiveness.
Applicable terms will vary based on the selected collaboration model and shall be governed through the Instructor Contract Agreement (ICA) shared post selection and during onboarding.
