ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Instructor at Sheryians, you will deliver high-quality technical education, mentor students and contribute to practical, industry-relevant learning experiences.
The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication and the ability to make complex concepts simple, practical and engaging.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver engaging technical sessions in offline and online formats.
Explain concepts using practical examples, projects and real-world use cases.
Mentor students through projects, assignments, coding problems and technical discussions.
Conduct doubt-solving sessions, workshops, assessments and technical evaluations.
Create and record high-quality technical content for Sheryians.
Design practical exercises, projects and learning activities.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with relevant technologies, tools and industry practices.
Collaborate with Academic and Content teams to continuously improve course quality.
Maintain high standards of technical accuracy and student engagement.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
2+ years of relevant experience in technology, teaching, mentoring, training or EdTech.
Strong expertise in at least one of the specified technical domains.
Production-level experience preferred for Full Stack development roles.
Strong technical fundamentals and practical implementation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts without compromising depth.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Comfortable conducting classroom sessions and technical recordings
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
Candidates with experience in product companies, technology startups, reputed EdTech organizations or real-world technology projects will be preferred.
Strong GitHub, technical projects, open-source contributions or technical content will be an added advantage.

REPORTING & WORKING STRUCTURE
The Instructor will work closely with the Academic and Content teams and will be responsible for technical delivery, student engagement, mentoring, assessments and the quality of assigned courses and learning programs.
