Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Instructor at Planetfluid, located in Pune Division. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting engaging bartending lessons and workshops, developing training materials, and ensuring students acquire the necessary skills in mixology and bartending techniques. Additional responsibilities include assessing student performance, providing constructive feedback, staying updated on industry trends, and contributing to the continual improvement of the training curriculum. The Instructor will also assist in fostering a positive learning environment that inspires and motivates students.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in bartending, mixology, and flair bartending techniques
- Teaching and training skills, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and effective communication
- Knowledge of industry standards and trends in the hospitality and bartending sector
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to inspire and engage students
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and collaborate with a team of professionals
- Prior experience as a bartender or instructor in the hospitality industry preferred
- Certified training in bartending or related fields is an advantage
- Passion for mentoring and developing the next generation of bartending professionals
