Role Description The Instructor at Pilot Training Academy - Top Crew Aviation will deliver high-quality ground school and simulator instruction to pilot trainees, ensuring they understand aviation theory, procedures, and safety standards. The role includes preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, supervising examinations, and providing detailed feedback to help learners improve their knowledge and skills. Instructors will also mentor students on career pathways, support them through training milestones, and maintain accurate training records in line with regulatory and academy requirements. Collaboration with other instructors and operations staff to continuously enhance course content and training methodologies is expected. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.
Qualifications
- Strong instructional and training skills, including lesson planning, classroom teaching, and student assessment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex concepts clearly and support diverse learners.
- Thorough understanding of aviation theory, flight operations, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to use training technologies and simulators, and to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to a student-first, safety-focused training environment.
- Relevant pilot licenses and ratings, with recognized instructional qualifications; prior experience as a flight or ground instructor is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, aerospace, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate within a multicultural, fast-paced academy setting.
