Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Instructor position based in Jaipur. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to aspiring pilots, preparing lesson plans, conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions, and ensuring compliance with aviation training guidelines. Additional responsibilities include evaluating student progress, providing feedback, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and staying updated with industry advancements in aviation technology and training methods.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor students.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, pilot training methodologies, and safety procedures.
- Experience in delivering both theoretical and practical training to aviation students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Proficiency with aviation technologies and learning tools.
- Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with relevant flying experience; Instructor Rating certification is highly desirable.
- Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and a strong passion for teaching aviation.
