Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Instructor, located in Varanasi. The Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, preparing course materials, and evaluating student performance. Additional activities include mentoring students, fostering a positive learning environment, and adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles. The Instructor will also collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall academic experience and participate in curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong teaching, presentation, and communication abilities to effectively convey concepts to students.
• Proficiency in content creation, course structuring, and curriculum design for various educational needs.
• Experience in mentoring, guiding, and evaluating student progress with a student-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff to achieve educational goals.
• Flexibility in teaching strategies to accommodate different learning paces and styles.
• Passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Education, relevant subject area, or related field.
• Previous experience in teaching or educational roles is a strong advantage.
